Physical- toning up muscles and Lil knows how to specifically target problem arrears on a women’s body i.e. inner thighs, biceps, triceps. She trains with a variety of different utensils/equipment and workout ways “no boredom” with each workout.
Lil takes the time out to make true that the mind, body, and soul are connected. If something is “off” we will take the time needed to make the area better.
She knows how to workout muscles injuries go out.
Lil helps guidance of soul/spirit.
