Lila also offers “Access Consciousness”- BARS® Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990’s.

Lila also offers “Access Consciousness”- BARS®


Access Bars is a gentle, hands on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990’s. The Bars are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have been limiting in those particular life areas.

Access Consciousness is presently growing beyond 10,000 practitioners and over 170 countries world wide.

 

“Process Method”


Coach Lil has further developed an individualized approach to meditation which releases worries and stresses. Coach Lil calls it the “Process Method”. This involves identifying negative thoughts and concerns and thus clearing the bodies energy. This is achieved through breathing, writing (journaling), intuitive movement, connecting to the body and affirmations.

This process includes the steps that are necessary to achieve well defined health and life goals.
